Project Manager for Luxury Interior Design

We're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our luxury interior design projects from start to finish. As the bridge between design vision and flawless execution, you'll deliver projects on time, within budget, and with uncompromised quality.

  • Manage projects end-to-end: concept to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors & vendors.
  • Drive project schedules, budgets & procurement.
  • Ensure design quality, compliance & timely delivery.

Our ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience managing luxury/commercial/residential interiors. You should possess strong detailing, construction, materials, and execution skills, as well as excellent leadership and client-handling abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and PM tools is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Client Relations: Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that their expectations are met.
  • Design and Execution: Work closely with designers and contractors to bring designs to life, ensuring that they meet our high standards.
  • Budgeting and Procurement: Develop and manage project budgets, and coordinate with vendors to source materials and services.
