Job Description:

The Interior Design Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring every design, detail, and finish meets the highest standards of quality, aesthetics, and functionality.

This position demands:

  • No compromise on quality, aesthetics, and functionality at any stage of design or execution.
  • Strong liaison with top interior design firms and oversight over a team of 3–5 internal design managers.
  • Seamless collaboration with Sales, Architecture, Construction, and Finishing teams.
  • Regular site supervision to guarantee flawless finishes and snag-free delivery.
Key Responsibilities:Design Leadership & Oversight
  • Lead the design development process with external consultants and internal managers.
  • Ensure all design deliverables align with luxury brand ethos.
  • Uphold the principle of zero compromise on design quality, aesthetic refinement, and functional integrity.
Consultant & Team Management
  • Manage relationships with world-class interior design consultants, ensuring pace, accountability, and quality.
  • Build and mentor a strong internal team of 3–5 design managers, providing structured guidance and review.
  • Delegate effectively while maintaining personal oversight on critical design and execution checkpoints.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with Sales to translate client aspirations into feasible design solutions.
  • Partner with Architectural, Construction, and Finishing teams to ensure on-ground execution matches design intent.
  • Resolve conflicts between aesthetics, timelines, and costs while protecting quality and design integrity.
Site Supervision & Execution Excellence
  • Maintain an active presence on sites to oversee finishing and detailing.
  • Conduct meticulous snagging and quality checks to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Uphold luxury standards of precision, with no tolerance for compromise on finish or function.
Commercial Awareness & Value Engineering
  • Balance creativity with commercial sensibility—optimizing designs for cost without diluting the luxury experience.
  • Review BOQs, indents, and vendor submissions to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and design alignment.
Innovation & Future-Readiness
  • Bring global best practices and innovative materials into projects.
  • Explore digital and AI tools for visualization, moodboarding etc.
  • Reimagine processes to enhance efficiency while maintaining design purity.
