Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Google Ads Specialist to join our marketing agency. This is an exciting opportunity to work with local house cleaners and carpet cleaners, helping them scale their cleaning business through expertly managed Google Ads campaigns.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial behind-the-scenes role in transforming our clients' businesses. You'll be leveraging proven keywords, ad copy, and campaign structures - along with AI tools - to make these tasks easier.

Daily Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and manage Google Ads accounts for new clients
  2. Create and optimize campaigns, target relevant keywords, utilize negative keywords, write compelling ad copy, and leverage extensions to boost results
  3. Regularly review and adjust campaigns to improve performance
  4. Assist with conversion tracking and analytics integration
  5. Provide valuable insights to inform campaign strategy and budget allocation based on performance benchmarks
Requirements:
  1. Sound knowledge of general marketing principles
  2. Minimum one year of experience in Google Ads management
  3. Experience working with lead generation campaigns (non-eCommerce)

  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google Business Profile
  • ClickUp (or other task management software)
  • Google search
  • Gmail
  • Google Docs
  • Google Sheets
  • Google Calendar
  • Communications apps like WhatsApp, Slack, etc
  • ChatGPT
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Google Ads certification
  2. Experience working with YouTube, Facebook, or TikTok Ads
  3. Background working with local businesses or home services
  4. Lead generation campaign experience
