We are seeking a PPC & Paid Social Strategist with proven expertise in managing high-budget Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and multi-platform campaigns. This is a strategic role for an experienced marketer ready to drive growth across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy, planning, and execution of PPC and Paid Social campaigns at scale.
  • Manage significant advertising budgets across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other paid platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to refine targeting, improve efficiency, and maximise ROI.
  • Ensure ad account structures, bidding strategies, and compliance are maintained at the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and client teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on global trends, algorithm changes, and platform innovations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in PPC and Paid Social campaign management.
  • Proven success in scaling large-budget, multi-market campaigns.
  • Advanced understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and optimisation techniques.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in global or international campaign management is a strong advantage.
