Digital Marketing Expert

**Experience**:3 to 5 years

**Designation**: Digital Marketing Professional

**Education**: BCA, MCA, BE IT, bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize company’s website and landing pages for lead generation and engagement.
- Develop content strategies in collaboration with the design and content teams.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic rankings.
- Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.), and identify insights to optimize strategy.
- Run and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with a focus on ROI and lead generation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed to execute marketing strategies effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends, technologies, and algorithm changes.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot/Mailchimp.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
