Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead the delivery of high-quality HR services across our global operations. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end HR processes, drive harmonization and continuous improvement initiatives, and champion automation and scalability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Ensure consistent service delivery aligned with defined SLAs and KPIs.
  • Oversee HR helpdesk operations to resolve employee queries.
  • Drive harmonization of HR processes
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Champion automation and scalability with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors
  • Ensure compliance with global labor laws, data privacy regulations, and governance standards.
  • Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align operational goals with strategic priorities.
  • Leverage analytics tools to generate insights on workforce trends, service performance, and employee experience.
  • Deliver dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead the strategic scaling of GBS operations by expanding service scope, increasing delivery capacity, and enhancing operating models.
