Human Resources Director Job Opportunity

This is a full-time onsite role for a Human Resources Director, located in Kochi with some work-from-home flexibility. The HR Director will oversee the HR department, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a deep understanding of human resources principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of performance management processes
  • Recruitment and staffing strategies development and implementation
  • Collaboration with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to maintain accurate records, report on HR metrics, and collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in IT domain
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Strong knowledge of labor and employment law
  • Experience in talent sourcing and recruitment is highly valued
