Project Financial Manager

Job Summary:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Project Financial Manager to oversee the financial aspects of our projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project budgets, quarterly and monthly forecasts to drive cash flow optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate project budgets, incorporating all costs and expenses.
  • Collaborate with project managers and central controllers to ensure timely implementation of mitigation actions for identified risks and opportunities.
  • Lead regular project reviews, analyzing financial aspects, including estimate at completion, forecasted revenues and cash flow, and risk assessment.
  • Promote commercial awareness within the project team and provide input to the project execution plan.
  • Maintain open communication with clients regarding invoice approvals and payments.

Skill Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with experience in data analysis and visualization.
  • Ability to follow up on tasks efficiently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive approach with a high sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Finance or equivalent with relevant work experience.
  • CA-Inter or ICWA certification with a strong understanding of financial regulations.

Experience:

A minimum of 6-10 years of total experience in project finance management with a proven track record of success.
