Job Title: Azure Data Support Lead

Our team is looking for an experienced professional to oversee the monitoring and maintenance of Azure SQL databases and AKS deployments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing support operations, providing technical guidance, and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
This role involves leading a team of engineers in handling support activities, reviewing and debugging Python-based scripts and PySpark jobs.
Key responsibilities include driving effective communication with stakeholders, identifying and implementing improvements in support processes, and leveraging automation tools to reduce manual intervention.
Additionally, the successful candidate will develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for support processes, incident resolutions, and system configurations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
