The role of Compliance Lead is a senior position that combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership.

You will also be responsible for researching and architecting advanced compliance frameworks for emerging standards (NIST 2.0, HIPAA, CIS, STIG, PCI-DSS).

You will lead technical reviews and ensure deliverable quality across all compliance benchmarks.

Furthermore, you will drive automation initiatives using Python, PowerShell, and infrastructure-as-code tools.

You will champion adoption of DevSecOps practices in compliance content development and engage with enterprise customers to understand complex compliance requirements.
