Director of Talent Management

As a Director of Talent Management, you will play a pivotal leadership role in steering our clients through their talent acquisition journey. With strategic insight and unwavering excellence, you will align our global team, foster a culture of innovation, and drive impactful talent delivery strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage onsite delivery teams to ensure successful execution of talent acquisition strategies.
- Monitor team productivity to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and client expectations.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and delivery teams.
- Proactively engage with client stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and drivers.
- Identify opportunities for resource optimization and forecasting accuracy.
You will be responsible for managing the program in a matrix-based environment, ensuring all operational activities are executed seamlessly. Your primary focus is on operational excellence, seamless delivery, and maintaining a strong, positive relationship with the client.
