Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with ODI expertise to work on complex data integration projects.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Design and Implement ETL Solutions: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality ETL solutions using Oracle Data Integrator 12c.
  2. Data Loading and Validation: Ensure the correctness and completeness of data loading (full load & incremental load) and perform thorough validation checks.
  3. ETL Planning and Estimation: Contribute to the estimation and planning of ETL activities for project plans, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource allocation.
  4. Query Development and Optimization: Assist the team in writing complex queries and stored procedures in Oracle, with a focus on optimization techniques to enhance performance.
  5. Database Administration: Have expert-level knowledge on handling index partitions and synonyms in Oracle databases, ensuring efficient database operations.
  6. Process Improvement: Optimize interface execution times by implementing best practices and providing regular feedback for process improvement.
  7. Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with Project Managers and leads to ensure implementation meets agreed-upon scope, attend meetings, and provide clear explanations of ETL work to stakeholders.
  8. Project Ownership: Take ownership of ETL work in projects, interacting with Business and IT team members to clarify requirements and implementation aspects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in ODI consulting.
  • Expert-level knowledge of ODI 12c and Oracle database 12c.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake and DBT.
