Job Title: Software Architect

Boost your career as a seasoned software architect with our maritime operations platform. This role demands expertise in crafting, developing, and maintaining back-end systems to drive high-performance and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop robust, maintainable, and efficient software architecture to meet the evolving needs of the maritime sector.
  • Own the product lifecycle from conceptualization through development and deployment, ensuring seamless integration with frontend applications and databases.
  • Implement Test-Driven Development practices to deliver high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code.
  • Bid on implementing caching techniques and utilities like Memcache / Redis to enhance application performance.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and secure coding practices to safeguard sensitive information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong foundation in Python programming, including debugging and performance analysis.
  • Experience in developing web applications and APIs using Django / Flask, with good knowledge of security best practices.
  • Well-established experience in all phases of development, including requirement gathering, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-wide application systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Source Code Repository and Git.
  • Hands-on experience in DB design & Architecture with focus on performance, Apache, Nginx, or any other web/app server, containerization tool - Docker, and enterprise level deployment and scaling.
  • A Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
