Job Title: Senior Technical Lead

Overview

The Senior Technical Lead will oversee the development and implementation of large-scale web applications. This role involves technical leadership, feature ownership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Node.js and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Feature Ownership: End-to-end ownership of features from architecture and implementation to testing, deployment, and optimization.
  • Technical Decision Making: Drive technical decision-making across the product and platform ensuring stability, scalability, and maintainability.
  • AI Integration: Integrate and optimize AI-assisted development tools to enhance reliability and developer productivity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and AI Research teams to deliver impactful features.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and support fellow engineers contributing to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Expert-Level Proficiency: 6+ years of experience in Node.js, MongoDB, and modern front-end frameworks with strong understanding of backend architecture and performance optimization.
  • Complex System Architecture: Proven track record of architecting complex systems and shipping scalable web applications in production.
  • Software Design Patterns: Strong understanding of software design patterns, API design, and microservices architecture.
  • Ai-Assisted Development Tools: Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and passion for pushing the boundaries of AI in software engineering lifecycle.
  • Technical Architecture: Ability to guide technical architecture make high-impact decisions and mentor other engineers.
  • Code Quality and Testing: Experience with code quality testing deployment pipelines and optimizing dev workflows.
