Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing projects with a focus on value, speed, compliance, and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in RFPs, contract negotiations, vendor management, and compliance, as well as excellent stakeholder management skills and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements.\
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and negotiate with suppliers, ensuring optimal terms and conditions.\
• Develop and implement strategies to improve procurement processes, including the identification of opportunities for process improvements and buying channel optimization.\
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement, applying this knowledge to strengthen category management and drive operational effectiveness.\
• Maintain effective relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.\
• Ensure compliance with controls, audits, and regulatory obligations across sourcing cycles, and manage contract remediation, including Data Privacy and country-specific terms.\
• Negotiate and oversee third-party Supplier Control Obligations (SCOs), and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.\
• Coach and develop team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in meeting procurement goals and objectives.\
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with sourcing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.\
• Analyze data and metrics to inform procurement decisions, and develop reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.\
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.\
• Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives, aligning procurement activities with business objectives and priorities.\
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and operations.\
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.\
• Support the development of procurement talent, mentoring and coaching team members to achieve career growth and success.\
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the sourcing lifecycle.\
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in procurement processes.\
• Develop and implement sustainability initiatives, reducing environmental impact and promoting socially responsible procurement practices.\
• Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring that procurement practices and processes promote fairness and opportunity for all stakeholders.\
• Participate in professional development opportunities, staying current with industry developments and best practices in procurement.\
• Contribute to the development of procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.\
• Perform analysis and provide insights to support procurement decision-making, and develop reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.\
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including suppliers, vendors, and industry associations, to stay informed about market trends and best practices.\
• Support the development of strategic partnerships, collaborating with external organizations to achieve mutual benefits and advance shared interests.\
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure clear understanding of procurement goals, objectives, and outcomes.\
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders on procurement-related matters.\
• Support the development of procurement dashboards and reports, providing insights and analytics to inform procurement decisions and drive business outcomes.\
• Develop and implement project management tools and methodologies, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.\
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement change management initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and integration of new processes and technologies.\
• Support the development of procurement training programs, designing and delivering content to educate stakeholders on procurement principles, policies, and best practices.\
