Global Implementation Strategist

Our organization seeks an accomplished leader to spearhead its global implementation operations.

This leadership role entails driving strategic direction and operational excellence across diverse geographies, overseeing the implementation of large-scale HRMS deployments.

  • Develop and execute a cohesive global implementation strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and accelerated growth trajectory.
  • Lead strategic planning, capacity management, and geographic expansion initiatives.
  • Advocate for continuous evolution of our implementation philosophy (Inflexion), precision in measuring and enhancing customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enable and track value realization across projects under their span, unlocking desired outcomes within defined timelines, scope, and parameters.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders at enterprise client organizations.
  • Act as the apex representation for resolution of complex technical and business challenges during large-scale deployments.
  • Champion client advocacy within our organization to ensure customer needs are reflected in product and services evolution.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in HR, HR consulting, or HRMS delivery with minimum 4 years in senior management roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large/complex enterprise transformation initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical savviness and interest in adopting new technologies for process improvements and high-impact outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of global HR practices and regulatory frameworks across multiple regions/geographies.
  • Outstanding executive presence, engaging effectively with C-level stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
  • Ability to present complex technical/conceptual ideas to diverse audiences in clear, compelling manner.
