Job Title: Oracle EPM FCCS, ARCS & EPBCS Expert

Enterprise Performance Management Solutions Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation and support of our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud applications. As an EPM specialist, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), and Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and deploy financial management solutions across all three applications.
  • Gather requirements from finance and business stakeholders and translate them into technical and functional solutions.
  • Develop metadata, business rules, calculations, data forms, and dashboards across all three applications.
  • Configure account reconciliations in ARCS and support consolidation and close cycles in FCCS.
  • Build planning, budgeting, and forecasting models in EPBCS, including workforce, capex, and financials.
  • Manage data integration and automation between EPM modules and ERP systems.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in FCCS, ARCS, and EPBCS design, build, and support.
  • Solid understanding of financial close processes and account reconciliations.
  • Proficiency with EPM Automate, Smart View, Data Management/FDMEE, and Reporting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and FP&A processes.
