Lead Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Technical Consultant

Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Technical Consultants are key to delivering seamless technical solutions. They drive business growth through effective design, implementation, and maintenance of D365 F&O systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements to develop actionable technical plans.
  • Design, implement, and integrate customizations using Microsoft technologies.
  • Configure core modules like finance, supply chain management, human resources, and project management for maximum efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain robust workflows, data migration strategies, and business processes.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders to align business needs with technical delivery.
  • Perform thorough system testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure optimal results.
  • Maintain compliance with security, data privacy, and governance standards.
  • Support go-live activities, including training, documentation, and post-production support.
  • Stay updated with new features, updates, and best practices in D365 F&O.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with D365 F&O implementation or support.
  • Strong knowledge of X++ programming, AOT, and D365 F&O architecture.
  • Experience with data migration using Data Management Framework (DMF).
  • Familiarity with integration tools like Azure Logic Apps, API Management, and Power Automate.
  • Understanding of cloud deployment models (Azure, SaaS).
  • Knowledge of security models, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance standards.
  • Experience with source control (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • MICROSOFT CERTIFIED: DYNAMICS 365 FINANCE AND OPERATIONS DEVELOPER ASSOCIATE
  • Exposure to DevOps practices in D365 F&O environments.
  • Experience with AL and modern development practices.
