Change Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned change management professional to play a crucial role in ensuring projects meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Focus on the people side of change, including business process changes, system updates, job role adjustments, and organizational structure modifications.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization, and proficiency with changes impacting employees.
  • Improve benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and result achievement.
Requirements:
  • 5-14 years of relevant experience in change management, business, engineering, or computer science.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or HR.
  • Techno-commercial knowledge and Prosci certification (good to have).
  • Experience in consulting, especially in change management.
  • SAP S/4HANA experience is an added advantage.
