Job Description

We are seeking a talented Junior Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. As a motion graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating captivating motion graphics and animations for various campaigns, including social media reels, ads, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging motion graphics and animations that effectively communicate brand messages.
  • Translate static visuals and brand guidelines into compelling motion-led storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and strategy teams to develop innovative video concepts.
  • Edit video content, add motion effects, and design animated elements to enhance visual impact.
  • Contribute to campaign ideation, developing creative solutions for brand visuals, interactive content, and digital-first activations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (Cinema 4D/Blender is a plus).
  • Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling in motion.
  • Ability to combine typography, illustration, and video into captivating animated content.
  • Knowledge of social media formats, trends, and what performs well in motion.
  • Detail-oriented, creative problem-solver, and open to experimenting with new techniques.
Qualifications:
  • 0–3 years of experience in motion graphics or video design (agency experience is a plus).
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong animation skills and an eye for design.
  • Degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred (not mandatory if portfolio is strong).
