We're seeking a skilled motion designer and video content creator to join our team in crafting engaging, animated stories about complex topics.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling and a talent for bringing abstract concepts to life. If you're a creative problem solver who enjoys working on challenging projects, we'd love to hear from you

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and animate explainer videos that educate and entertain audiences.
  • Transform scripts and storyboards into polished motion videos that resonate with viewers.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and subject matter experts to simplify complex content and make it accessible to a wider audience.
  • Create animated assets such as charts, UI flows, and crypto concepts that enhance the overall visual appeal of our videos.
  • Record or edit voiceovers, sync audio, and apply subtle sound design to create an immersive experience for our viewers.

Tools & Skills:

  • Adobe After Effects (primary tool for motion graphics)
  • Figma / Adobe Illustrator - design and export vector assets
  • Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve - for final cuts & audio sync
  • Audacity / Adobe Audition - voice cleanup, background audio
  • Descript - for AI-powered video editing & transcription

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3-6 years in motion design, video content creation, or explainer video production
  • A solid portfolio of 2D or motion graphic explainers (crypto or fintech domain is a plus)
  • Strong storytelling ability and comfort working with abstract concepts

What You'll Deliver:

  • 1-3 minute animated explainers (script-to-final with feedback cycles)
  • Script-to-final output cycle (including feedback rounds)
  • Social media cutdowns (10-30 seconds)
