As a skilled Motion Graphics Specialist, you will create engaging animations for various digital platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include designing high-quality motion graphics, collaborating with a team of creatives, and staying up-to-date with design trends.
- Develop visually compelling motion graphics for web, video, and digital applications.
- Work closely with directors, editors, designers, and marketers to conceptualize projects.
- Animate typography, characters, illustrations, and visual effects based on project requirements.
- Post-produce videos with motion graphics elements and ensure seamless integration.
- Establish and maintain brand consistency across all motion content.
- Stay current with industry trends and develop new ideas and techniques.
- Effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while delivering exceptional results.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in motion graphics or creative roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Media Encoder.
- Familiarity with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent design skills, including color theory, typography, and layout.
- Ability to take feedback and work collaboratively within a team environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your motion design work is essential.
The following skills are not mandatory but would be advantageous:
- Experience in video editing and sound design.
- Familiarity with UI/UX motion design or interactive media.
- Knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD.
