Business Development Manager for Retail Liabilities

Job Role:
- Responsible for achieving business objectives of retail liabilities sales teams for branches and meeting value, volume and channel productivity metrics.
- Generate revenue through sales of current accounts, cross-sell and third-party products like insurance.
- Sourcing high-value current account customers along with entire family banking relationships.
- Penetrate business banking products like CMS, POS and beat services to current account customers.
Job Requirements:
- MBA preferred.
- Background in order of preference: banking, financial services, FMCG or telecommunications.
- Managed and sourced business banking customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth: Achieve sales targets through effective relationship management and cross-selling.
- Customer Acquisition: Source high-value customers for current accounts and entire family banking relationships.
- Product Penetration: Increase adoption of business banking products like CMS, POS and beat services among current account customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA preferred.
- Background in banking, financial services, FMCG or telecommunications.
- Proven track record of managing and sourcing business banking customers.
