Human Resources Manager

This position is responsible for providing comprehensive support across the entire employee lifecycle, including human resources processes, reporting, and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:- New Hire Onboarding:
Designing a seamless onboarding process to foster new employee integration and ensure successful assimilation into our organizational culture.
- Talent Development and Growth:
Developing and implementing career development programs to identify and nurture internal talent, recognizing and rewarding high performers, and driving capability building through training and skill enhancement.
- Performance Management:
Leveraging data-driven insights to inform employee performance evaluation, development planning, and merit-based recognition, ensuring fairness and transparency throughout the process.
- Employee Engagement and Relations:
Fostering open communication, encouraging team-building activities, and designing employee recognition systems to boost engagement and motivation.
- Attrition Prevention:
Analyzing attrition trends, developing targeted action plans to reduce turnover, and proactively identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Technical Skills:
Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Experience:
Proven experience in talent development, implementation of HR processes, and influencing skills to drive business outcomes.
