
Human Resources Manager

Position Overview:
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing human resource policies, programs, and services, including recruitment, selection, retention, legal compliance, employee benefits, employee relations, professional development, and performance evaluation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from posting job ads to conducting interviews and making offers.
2. Employee Relations: Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering policies, and helping resolve work-related issues.
3. Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance review procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
4. Training and Development: Identify training needs and create or oversee training programs.
5. Legal Compliance: Ensure all policies and procedures are compliant with local, state, and federal laws.
6. Compensation and Benefits: Develop, recommend, and implement personnel policies and procedures; prepare and maintain handbook on policies and procedures.
7. HR Metrics: Monitor KPIs related to HR such as turnover rates, training costs, and time to hire.
8. Employee Engagement: Design and implement programs to boost employee morale and create a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
