This role involves acting as the business representative in the supply chain to design, build and deploy global processes for a seamless execution. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Intercompany Order Management, logistics, and financial reconciliation.
Key Accountabilities:- Responsible for elaborating deliverables during conceptual design, build, and adopt phase
- Ensure proper implementation of intermediate core solution by adopting global templates
- Establish or update business standard operating procedures
- Review and adopt training material and working instructions
- Execute business screening of IT solutions and testing of solution(s)
- Support data migration activities
- Align and agree on integration of relevant processes and their respective system solution(s)
- University degree in supply chain management, business management, finance, or comparable education
- Several years of experience in a role related to Intercompany Order Management, logistics, or financial reconciliation
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
