Job Description:

We seek a seasoned executive to lead our accounts and finance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all commercial, accounting, and finance functions. This includes finalizing financial statements, managing tax compliance, tracking agreements, and developing strategic plans.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. They will also have strong leadership, project management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities will include monitoring budgeting expenses, identifying and managing commercial risks, and managing company payable and receivable.

The Executive will report directly to the Director/Founder of the company and will work closely with the leadership team to achieve business objectives.

  • Manage all aspects of commercial, accounting, and finance
  • Lead the commercial team and oversee their performance
  • Develop and implement strategic plans
  • Monitor budgeting expenses and identify areas for cost reduction
  • Manage company payable and receivable

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an Accounts and Finance Manager
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership, project management, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle high volumes of email and phone calls

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finalize financial statements
  • Get ready balance sheet, P&L, ITR
  • Manage all taxation compliances
  • Track all agreements/bank guarantees
  • Negotiate with customers, suppliers, and vendors
  • Build and manage relationships with customers
  • Oversee performance of commercial team
  • Monitor budgeting expenses
  • Identify and manage commercial risks
  • Manage company payable and receivable
