Job Title: Process Executive - Voice

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Digital Marketing, with certification in DM and good communication skills. They will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present

The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving technical complex queries, escalating when necessary, and driving continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate complex issues to senior colleagues or supervisors as needed
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

  • Minimum 0M to 6M experience in Digital Marketing / Certification in DM
