Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collection Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the acquisition, curation, and publication of digital collections. This includes providing partners with individual access to the content management system, ensuring their profiles are correctly set up, and guiding them through the standard partner lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to troubleshoot any errors or issues preventing partners from using the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the ingestion phase (upload of collection items and related metadata)
  • Curate online stories using the editorial best practices and guidelines
  • Publish and present content options
