Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain robust marketing solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email marketing, journey builder, automation workflows, and personalized content.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet specific business needs, including creating data extensions, implementing dynamic content, and managing subscriber lists.
  • Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and data-driven automation processes to manipulate and transform data within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems, such as CRM platforms or external data sources, using APIs and custom integration methods.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts, including email marketing, segmentation, personalization, and customer journey mapping.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration and customization, including data extensions, contact builder, automation workflows, and content builder.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs and integration methods, including SOAP and REST.
