Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ERP Analyst specializing in Timekeeping and Scheduling Systems to support healthcare workforce operations.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Workday Timekeeping, ShiftWizard, and badge systems such as Dormakaba/Kronos. This role involves daily system support, configuration, and issue resolution in close collaboration with HR, Payroll, and Operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide daily operational support for healthcare timekeeping and scheduling systems.
- Configure shifts, leave policies, time rules, and rotational schedules in Workday and ShiftWizard.
- Troubleshoot user punch errors, clock integrations, and badge access issues using Dormakaba/Kronos.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and Operations to ensure accurate scheduling and time tracking.
- Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, system rules, and integrations.
- Participate in audits, system upgrades, validation, and testing cycles.
- 3+ years of ERP experience in timekeeping and scheduling system support.
- Functional knowledge of Workday Timekeeping (or equivalent systems).
- Prior experience with ShiftWizard or similar workforce scheduling tools preferred.
- Familiarity with badge systems and healthcare workforce compliance regulations.
- Strong attention to detail with effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
