Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Social Media Strategist and Community Builder to lead our social media efforts and build a vibrant community around our project. As the primary point of contact for our online presence, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive engagement, grow our audience, and promote our brand values.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube
  • Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and other visual content
  • Analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results, staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
  • Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations to expand our reach and credibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement brand awareness campaigns, product launches, and other business initiatives
  • Maintain and update our social media dashboards, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular reports to stakeholders
  • Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our social media strategy and operations


Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong track record of creating engaging content and growing online communities
  • Familiarity with social media insights tools, such as Meltwater, Upfluence, or Oppurtune
  • Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
