We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving our business growth through strategic initiatives and partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing programs from conception to delivery, with a strong focus on execution and outcomes. You will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end program management strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations, and support their execution and integration into ongoing projects.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform leadership decisions and drive business strategy.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities with educational institutions, edtech platforms, and other relevant organizations.
  • Design and implement creative growth initiatives that drive student engagement and retention.
  • Take ownership of special projects that require experimentation, process-building, and execution at scale.
  • Monitor project progress and impact, and make data-driven decisions to optimize program performance.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-6 years of experience in program management, strategy, or a high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure problems and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, with a bias towards action and learning by doing.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and drive outcomes under tight timelines.
