About Our Role

We are seeking a Program Advisor who will play a key role in helping potential students achieve their career goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on how our programs can help them launch into a high-growth career, leveraging partnerships with top-tier universities worldwide.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and provide customized information to interested clients via phone and email.
  • Guide learners through the enrollment process by following up and building urgency without being pushy.
  • Adhere to our inside sales process, tools, and data management processes and workflow.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on call quality, observed trends, and insights from client conversations.

What We Are Looking For

Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in inside sales or consultative selling, with a proven track record of exceeding targets in international Edtech markets. They should possess excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills, as well as strong phone presence.

Key skills include:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong phone presence.
  • Ability to make 120+ dials and/or emails a day.
  • Experience using a CRM (preferably Salesforce).
  • Growth mindset and ability to implement feedback.
