Job Title: Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Credit Controller to join our team, responsible for the smooth operation of our credit control function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor Accounts Receivables to ensure prompt payment from customers and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Control individual customer and branch credit limits by identifying potential risks and taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • E nsure all necessary documentation is obtained and adhered to, including credit authorization forms and agreements with clients.
  • Administer client rates, discounts, and other financial policies in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Verify invoices and reconcile ageing statements to ensure accuracy and fairness.
  • Prepare detailed reports on outstanding amounts and submit weekly debtors reports to senior management.
  • Develop and implement effective follow-up strategies to resolve collection issues and improve relationships with customers.

  • Strong commercial knowledge and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Proven analytical skills and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience (3-5 years) in Credit Control functions.
  • Methodical working style and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
