Faculty Position in Commerce and Management

We are seeking a talented academic to join our team as an Assistant Professor in the field of Commerce and Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching at the graduate level, coordinating program development, and maintaining research activity.

Key Responsibilities:

a. Teaching and Research: The ideal candidate should have a Ph.D. in Business Management or a relevant discipline with first-class marks.

\

b. Minimum SCI Publications: 7 publications in peer-reviewed journals for Associate Professor, 2 publications for Assistant Professor.

\

c. Research Experience: Significant research experience with evidence of published work in peer-reviewed journals.

\

d. Qualifying Criteria:

  • Ph.D. degree with first-class marks in Business Management or a relevant discipline.\
  • Minimum research score as per UGC guidelines.\
  • Published work in high-quality peer-reviewed journals.\
  • A minimum of 3 years of post-Ph.D. experience for Associate Professor, 2 years for Assistant Professor.\
  • Significant professional experience recognized at the national/international level.\
