Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Faculty Coordinator to support and enhance academic operations at Mumbai, Chembur Vidyapeeth. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between faculty, administration, and students—ensuring smooth academic functioning, driving collaboration, and improving educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Faculty Coordination

  • Foster a collaborative and supportive environment among faculty, promoting teamwork and shared academic goals.
  • Coordinate with subject-specific faculty to ensure an integrated and cohesive approach to curriculum delivery and pedagogy.

Student Engagement

  • Collaborate with faculty to identify and implement strategies that enhance student engagement, academic performance, and overall learning experience.

Communication

  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels among faculty members for timely dissemination of information, updates, and academic developments.
  • Liaise with academic coordinators and administrative teams to ensure seamless interdepartmental coordination.

Data Analysis & Academic Improvement

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret academic performance data to identify trends, strengths, and improvement areas.
  • Utilize insights from data to inform academic planning, faculty development, and student support initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or relevant field.
  • Prior experience in academic coordination or faculty management is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary academic environment.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Knows the local language ( Marathi )
