Role Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior Planon Specialist to join our SAP Centre of Excellence. You'll understand end-to-end Planon software, provide technical assistance, and collaborate with teams to resolve incidents and improve system availability.


Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support complex SAP environments in the RISE model.
  • Manage daily operational activities and ensure system performance.
  • Plan and implement disaster recovery solutions, conducting regular tests.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and work closely with other teams.
  • Resolve and update incident, problem, and change tickets, analyzing root causes.
  • Participate in changes and projects, including estimations, design, configuration, and implementation.
  • Offer consultations on projects impacting supported services and business continuity.
  • Ensure security compliance with Plannon best practices and internal policies.

Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in Planon support and implementation.
  • Experience delivering custom solutions.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud-based solutions, including connectivity enablement.
  • Understanding of architectural design for connected systems landscapes.
  • Unix/Linux/Windows platform expertise.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
