Job Title: Account Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Account Development Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing client accounts and developing strong relationships with clients.

About the Role:
  • This role involves managing multiple client accounts, understanding their requirements, and gathering and analyzing client briefs to comprehend their objectives, preferences, and expectations.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts and develop strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand client requirements and gather and analyze client briefs to comprehend their objectives, preferences, and expectations.
  • Coordinate project execution and liaise between clients and internal teams.
  • Present proposals and reports to clients, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Offer strategic advice and recommendations to clients based on market trends, consumer insights, and advertising best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to build and deliver engaging client presentations.
