Job Title: Strategic Client Alliance Manager
We are seeking a seasoned client relationship professional to drive strategic partnerships and digital transformation initiatives for leading organizations. This role requires a consultative mindset, strong delivery understanding, and the ability to lead complex, high-value programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their digital journey.
- Lead the entire lifecycle from opportunity identification to deal closure.
- Collaborate with client CXOs and functional heads to understand challenges and shape transformation roadmaps.
- Drive large deal pursuits involving internal teams and technology partners.
Digital Transformation Leadership:
Guide clients on adopting scalable technology solutions to improve business performance.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions that drive measurable value.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Solutioning & Innovation:
Lead solution design efforts involving cloud, RPA, AI/ML, and custom applications.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies to provide innovative and relevant recommendations.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships to drive satisfaction and long-term growth.
- Conduct regular governance meetings, address escalations, and ensure alignment.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and build strong reference accounts.
Requirements:
This role requires 10-14 years of experience in sales, client engagement, and delivering transformation programs.
- Proven success in managing global accounts and driving large deals across geographies.
- Experience working with fast-scaling businesses and startups, crafting tailored strategies to support rapid growth.
- Strong consultative selling and value-based selling capabilities.
- Experience in solution design involving digital technologies (AI, RPA, Cloud, APIs, etc.).
- Excellent commercial acumen for deal structuring, pricing, and value articulation.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience with global technology firms or consulting environments is a plus.
