Digital Transformation Specialist

Lead and execute a comprehensive roadmap to address business challenges and opportunities in the finance and accounting domain within the consumer unit. Utilize methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and business process re-engineering, combined with technology solutions such as AI, digital solutions, and intelligent automation.
Ensure effective delivery of planned digital and automation projects, collaborating with cross-functional global leads, including the digital delivery team and client leadership.
Identify opportunities to modernize operations in the invoice to cash domain by conducting detailed assessments, including process mapping, metric gathering, and data analysis.
- Develop a transformation roadmap: Design and implement a comprehensive strategy to integrate AI, analytics, and digital capabilities across the consumer span, enhancing overall performance.
- Support the development and refinement of practices in the invoice to cash domain, developing schemas for new industry verticals, refining schemas and benchmarks, providing insights, and so on.
- Expand digital offerings: Partner with existing operations teams to enhance and extend digital and analytics solutions for client organizations.
- Champion digital solutions: Advocate for digital solutions and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation, reinforcing the overall value proposition.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Essential Background:
- A postgraduate degree or MBA from a leading institution.
Methodology Expertise:
- Experience in driving continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodology.
Domain Knowledge:
- Extensive experience in the invoice to cash domain, having led transformations across all sub-processes like accounts receivables, cash applications, deductions, collections, and more.
Leadership and Interpersonal Skills:
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a track record of successfully engaging clients and stakeholders across the organization.
- Proven success in managing cross-functional teams and driving change in complex environments.
Project Management Skills:
- Strong influencing skills and clarity of thought on effective project management are required.
People Leadership:
- Ability to coach and mentor people.
- Ability to effectively influence and motivate others.
- Ability to work in diverse teams with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification.
- PMP, CSM certifications (good to have).
- Exposure to AI machine learning certification would be an added advantage.
