Product Manager Role Overview:

Our organization is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team. As a senior product manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of innovative products that meet user needs and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management within the iGaming industry, particularly in real money gaming products. You will be responsible for defining product vision and strategy, managing product development from ideation to launch, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Strategy & Vision: Define the product vision and strategy based on iGaming experience, including understanding customer needs, monetization strategies, and compliance regulations.
  2. Product Development & Roadmap: Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap by leveraging insights from the iGaming industry. Collaborate with internal teams to create an actionable plan and ensure on-time delivery of features and products.
  3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure product delivery aligns with business and user needs. Leverage your iGaming background to guide these teams in implementing innovative and scalable solutions.
  4. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to evaluate competitive products and provide data-driven insights that influence product decisions. Ensure our product offerings are competitive and meet user expectations.
  5. User Experience Focus: Collaborate with UX teams to ensure that the product offers an engaging, intuitive, and seamless user experience. Prioritize features that maximize player engagement, retention, and monetization while considering compliance standards.
  6. Compliance & Regulatory Considerations: Ensure that the product adheres to all applicable regulations within the iGaming industry. This includes understanding licensing requirements, responsible gaming practices, and financial transaction security.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in the iGaming sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the iGaming sector, especially real money gaming (sports betting, online casino, poker, etc.).
  • Proven ability to define product strategy, manage a product lifecycle, and prioritize feature development.
  • Expertise in user experience and understanding customer behaviors within gaming products.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills, able to present to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
