Lead Android Developer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Android Developer to fill this key position at our organization. This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to lead the development of innovative mobile applications using MAUI and Android technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of leading development teams. They will be responsible for guiding their team members in solving technical problems and overcoming development hurdles, while maintaining coding best practices within the team.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of C# and Android development, as well as expertise in modern software architectures such as microservices. They will also be familiar with cloud technologies and services, and have experience in migrating desktop applications to mobile platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for understanding existing systems, migrating shared/common codebases, designing and implementing modern mobile UI/UX layers, and tackling complex development and integration challenges. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
