Job Description

As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for developing and building high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android platforms. This includes ensuring performance, scalability, and best practices in application development.

You will also work on customer training and instruction, delivering Flutter app development sessions to clients in Western countries. You will help customers understand key concepts and best practices in Flutter development.

Additionally, you will serve as a trainer and assist in training fellow team members as required. You will ensure that all training sessions are of high quality and properly executed.

Furthermore, you will capture feedback from every session and student, ensuring that it is updated in the database and shared with senior management for review.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of coding (Flutter or React Native) with hands-on experience in building mobile applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with international students and customers.
  • Online Platforms: Familiarity with platforms like Zoom and Google Meet, as well as proficiency in Google suite applications.
  • Customer Service: Ability to maintain clear and professional communication with students, parents, and clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a calendar of sessions, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of training.
