iOS Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced iOS developer to join our mobile engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance iOS applications for Apple devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain advanced applications for the iOS platform using Swift.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application stability and performance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement new features.
  • Code Maintenance: Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
  • Automation: Automate build and release processes and contribute to CI/CD workflows.
  • Application Updates: Implement application updates and handle ongoing maintenance.
  • Mentorship: Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
  • Testing: Write and maintain unit tests and UI tests to ensure code quality.
  • Performance Tuning: Use Instruments and other debugging tools to diagnose performance issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in iOS application development.
  • Hands-on Experience: At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Swift and scalable app development.
  • Cocoa Touch: Proficiency in Cocoa Touch and modern Apple frameworks.
  • Reactive Programming: Strong understanding of RxSwift or Combine for reactive programming.
  • iOS Architecture: Solid grasp of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and iOS architecture.
  • Version Control: Proficient in Git for version control and collaboration.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release automation tools.
  • Performance Tuning: Familiarity with Instruments for performance tuning and memory management.
  • Design Patterns: Strong command of design patterns and best practices in mobile development.
  • Unit Testing: Proficient in writing robust unit tests and UI test cases.
  • Code Reviews: Experience in conducting and participating in code reviews.
