Job Description: Android Application Developer (React Native,Flutter, CRM, Production Module)

Position Title: Android Application Developer (React Native/ Flutter/ Kothlin)

Location: Mahape Navi Mumbai

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Android Application Developer with expertise in React Native, specifically in CRM and Production Modules. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mobile application development, with hands-on experience in building scalable, user-centric applications. The role requires proficiency in integrating complex business logic into mobile applications and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Mobile Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust mobile applications using React Native, focusing on delivering an exceptional user experience across Android platforms.

CRM Module Integration: Build and optimize customer relationship management (CRM) modules, ensuring seamless integration with backend services and third-party systems. Responsible for managing user data, automation of workflows, and supporting customer interaction features.

Production Module Development: Develop and enhance production-related features such as order management, inventory tracking, production scheduling, and reporting within the mobile application. Ensure smooth data flow between mobile front-end and backend production systems.

API Integration: Work closely with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring efficient data exchange between front-end and server-side components.

Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement strategies to optimize application performance, including speed, responsiveness, and memory usage.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to define requirements, develop features, and test applications for usability and reliability. Maintain clear communication of progress and issues.

Quality Assurance: Write unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability. Participate in code reviews and implement best practices for continuous improvement of the development process.

Maintenance and Upgrades: Manage and execute application upgrades, troubleshooting, and bug fixes to ensure the application is current, functional, and secure.

Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation for code, features, and processes. Ensure knowledge sharing across the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 1+ years of professional experience in Android application development, specifically using React Native.

Proven experience in developing and maintaining CRM and production modules, ideally in a mobile context.

Strong understanding of mobile application lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and maintenance.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in React Native and JavaScript (ES6+).

Familiarity with Redux or other state management libraries in React Native.

Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.

Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Understanding of mobile performance optimization techniques.

Familiarity with Android SDK and building native Android modules using Java/Kotlin is a plus.

Database Management:

Experience with mobile databases such as SQLite, Realm, or similar technologies. Understanding of syncing data between mobile and server-side databases.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot complex issues.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in handling complex business logic for CRM and Production systems in a mobile environment.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS or Firebase for mobile applications.

Previous experience working in enterprise-level software development.
