Job Description

As a Java Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to learners. Your expertise in Core Java, Advanced Java, and frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate will enable you to create engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct live classes to train learners on Core Java, Advanced Java, and Frameworks.
  • Foster a personalized blended learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of learners.
  • Evaluate and grade learners' project reports, presentations, and other documents to ensure they meet the desired skill outcomes.
  • Provide mentorship during support, project, and assessment sessions to guide learners toward academic excellence.
  • Develop, validate, and implement learning content, curriculum, and training programs whenever applicable.
  • Collaborate with various teams to plan schedules, monitor learner progress, evaluate academic performance, manage learning processes, and facilitate effective communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery, CSS3, Ajax, Angular, React JS, and REST.
  • Experience in Struts 2.0/Spring 5.0 frameworks and above.
  • Strong analysis or problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication and delivery skills to engage learners effectively.
  • Additional Advantage: Knowledge of Liferay and Omnicom.
  • Strong expertise in the Java technology stack (Core Java, Advance Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, Struts, Webservices).
  • Good knowledge of databases (SQL).
