Digital Media Coordinator



Overview:

A forward-thinking organization is seeking an accomplished Digital Media Coordinator to spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategy Development & Campaign Leadership
    • Conduct thorough analyses of platform-specific trends, client brand objectives, and campaign performance metrics.
    • Develop data-driven campaign plans that integrate organic and paid social media initiatives.
    • Ensure seamless brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Content Management & Creative Supervision
    • Collaborate with content teams to craft compelling narratives, leveraging emerging formats (Reels, Shorts, Live Streams) to enhance engagement.
    • Provide creative direction to ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
  • Community Engagement & Client Support
    • Monitor and respond to online interactions to foster strong online communities.
    • Work closely with account managers to deliver timely updates and performance insights to clients.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization
    • Track key performance indicators like reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
    • Utilize tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social listening platforms to optimize campaigns.
  • Innovation & Professional Development
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, AI-powered tools, and emerging technologies.
    • Pursue ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices in social media management.

Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media coordination at advertising/digital marketing agencies.
  • Strong understanding of integrated social media strategies.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-brand portfolios, preferably across real estate, retail, lifestyle, and D2C sectors.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with AI-based automation tools.
  • Familiarity with heat-mapping and website/social analytics tools.
