Responsibilities:

  • Daily store operations management and workflow optimization.
  • Supervising and managing store staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
  • Maintaining and managing inventory levels, including ordering and stock control.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handling customer complaints and queries professionally.
  • Preparing regular reports on inventory levels.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of stock.
  • Managing local purchases, including cash register operations and reconciliations.

Required skills and qualifications:

Key qualifications:

  • Graduation from a commerce background preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in store management in an industrial setup.
  • Customer-centric attitude with a positive approach.

Desirable skills:

  • Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Knowledge of industrial tools, tackles, and consumables.
