We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with a proven track record of maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain day-to-day accounts and general ledger entries to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, 2B, 3B, 9) as per regulatory requirements.
  • Manage TDS deductions, payments, and return filing with precision.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliations to prevent discrepancies.
  • Maintain inventory accounting (raw material, WIP, finished goods) to track stock levels efficiently.
  • Assist in monthly closing, MIS reports, and statutory audits to ensure seamless compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with pharma-specific accounting norms and tax laws to minimize risks.
  • Work on Zoho Books, Tally, or ERP systems for financial data management with ease.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Commerce / Master of Commerce / CA Inter or equivalent qualification is required.
  • 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in accounts/finance in a pharma or manufacturing company is necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and inventory accounting is essential.
  • Experience with Zoho Books, Tally, SAP, or similar ERP tools is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting is crucial.
